Will you initially set the requirement for the possible purchase of tiles and a table in the store, or later, when the client asks: how to choose, and where to buy the product, and what specific name, structure, texture, color, size, and modularity the table has?
And regarding the tiles, there are different technological characteristics. So which ones?

Besides the tiles and the table, will there be anything else in the project?
And in the bathroom, can we design plumbing fixtures according to our taste? And in the kitchen, should we design: solid (under a specific name), or modular cabinets, or is it possible to construct for individual production? Or should we make it clear that there should be a wooden or MDF kitchen? And so on for all rooms...
And wall finishes: paint, wallpaper, or maybe Venetian plaster, or maybe decorative panels...? And again, the same question: will you need the product name and technological marking and purchasing characteristics?

Is it possible to simply create an album of attractive interiors? Or should I initially lay down the cost specification of the materials to be designed? Moreover, real, existing ones, so they can be purchased. (There are clients who complain that it is impossible to later purchase visually invented materials/products).

… What does this lead to? To the fact that the prices for such designs will be very, very significantly different.
