Роман, а ты что здесь. Это же понятное дело самострой не известно кем и как спроектирован и построен. Наверняка не 3я категория. Обычно при проблемах при вводе в эксплуатацию , арх управлении для таких товарищей дают координаты архитектора с лицензией (чтоб улаживать вопросы ). По какой то причине тот свой виз не поставил. Ты своей лицензией рисковать намерен?. Там во Львове сейчас такой бардак.
