SCOPE OF WORK (SolidWorks 2025)
1. Engineering optimization and 3D modeling
Adaptation of the visual concept to real production. Development of hidden fastening joints for wood to metal. Construction of solid models of bent parts considering the K-factor (neutral layer shift during bending).
2. Release of working documentation (KMD/Wood)
Unfolding of metal parts in DXF format (scale 1:1, cutting contours without splines) for loading onto a laser/plasma machine. Drawings of parts for CNC sheet bending indicating bending lines, radii, and angles. Drawings for the production of wooden elements. Assembly drawing with a list of purchased products (bowls, fasteners, plugs). Deadline: 1 working day.
Total deadline for documentation issuance: 3 working days after agreement on dimensions.
