ГП -це генплан, а КЗ - конструкції залізобетонні. Не зовсім розумію навіщо вам вони необхідні для модульного МАФу із сендвіч панелей? Чи задача все ж таки ширша ніж ви описали?

Доброго дня! Ви плануєте виконувати в даних об'єктах окремі розділи проєктної документації: пожежна сигналізація, охоронна сигналізація, відеоспостереження? Якщо відеоспостереження та охоронна сигналізація, то може бути чисто Вашим побажанням виконати це, а ось проєкт пожежної сигналізації та її улаштування органи ДСНС мають право вимагати від Вас. Доброго дня.
Потрібно розібратись з завданням. Для МАФ-у розділу ГП нема, так як МАФ це не капітальна будівля. Є паспорт прив'язки, на якому показане розміщення МАФ-у. Розділу КЗ теж не може бути, так як МАФ не передбачає наявності фундаменту.
Який саме об'єм інформації вам потрібен, чи потрібні паспорти прив'язок? Якщо треба паспорт прив'язки, його має робити сертифікований архітектор. Металеві конструкції — можливо конструктора треба.
