Добрий день. Який сенс розділяти проєкт на частини, та запускати одночасно, якщо стадії роблять по черзі? Можливо краще зупинитися на хоч якомусь архітекторові, та почати діалог?

Доброго дня. Так, стадії роблять по черзі. Але на даній платформі максимальна ціна проєкту 68тисяч гривень. Тому я вирішив розділити проєкт на частини, та детальніше описати завдання.

Об'єм вашого проєкту спеціаліст розуміє і так, тож ваш поділ нічого не дасть тим, хто не займається такими проєктами. Це ви могли побачити з кількості ставок в попередньому проєкті, що ви викладали. Так не прив'язуйтеся до сервісу. Як вже писав - виясніть, хто з варіантів вам підходить "морально", та просто поспілкуйтеся, людина вас зорієнтує по термінам, вартості, та способах поділу всього завдання на частини, з логічною оплатою.

Ілля, я не кожен день будую комерційні будівлі. Тому в даному проєкті я відкриваю для себе багато нового і розмовляючи з різними фахівцями картинка по трохи складається. Моя задача знайти кваліфікованого спеціаліста з досвідом і розумінням чого я хочу при створенні цього проєкту. І звісно щоб це не було за космічні гроші, а ціник в різних спеціалістів дуже відрізняється. Тому мені треба спеціаліст не так по "моральним" баченням, хоча це теж важливо, а з досвідом і нормальним прайсом за виконання своєї роботи.

Прийнято, якщо ви вже спілкуєтеся з спеціластами, то не питання, просто вас ведуть трохи не в ту сторону, це сильно видно зі сторони, про що я й кажу. А так, бажаю успіху, в будь-якому випадку.

Добре, що ви виписали необхідні матеріали, але ж спочатку треба зрозуміти що ми проєктуємо, особливості майбутньої будівлі, і потім вже складати список креслень. Архітектор все ж краще розуміє, що саме треба під конкретну будівлю.
