The idea is as follows:
The client wants to order mats for their car from us. In order to manufacture them, we need templates. To avoid traveling physically to any city to take the templates,
we suggest that the client independently scan their old car mats one by one using their mobile phone.
To avoid writing a separate application for Android and iOS, we propose to make the program usable through a mobile browser.
The browser requests access to the camera, and then, starting with the driver's mat, the client scans one by one.
This should most likely accept an API that receives a photo of the scanned mat in scale and in the plane corresponding to an A4 sheet.
The mat is placed on a flat surface (asphalt, paving stones, etc.).
A white A4 sheet is placed on top of the mat (to maintain proportions and sizes; everyone has an A4 sheet, and all have the same size of 210 × 297 mm).
Next, the code needs to work so that a photo of the car mat falls into the funnel (in the Telegram group) not in perspective, but in the plane, maintaining proportions using the A4 sheet.
Important! The size error of the car mats obtained for manufacturing should not exceed 5mm compared to the mat from which the scanning was done.

I have done something like this before. But there are some nuances. The accuracy can only be 95% in some cases. Because everything depends on the photo, how it is taken. As practice shows, usually photos on people's Instagram look cool, but they can't manage to take a photo according to the instructions (with a sheet). And sometimes operator intervention is needed for more accurate rug dimensions.

Не витрачайте кошти на таку юхню, краще користуйтесь реальними замірами. Якщо ви не розумієте що таке перспектива, а опираєтесь на "листочок" - то не буде ніц толкового.
Як на мене тут дві задачі. Головна задача це звісно сканування-розпізнавання.
І тут варто мати більше фото з різними ковриками і освітленням.
А ще варто описати у якому формати мають бути результати сканування.
Інша задача це сайт, який теж може по різному виглядати.
Запропонована ціна і строки - жалюгідні враховуючи сказане.
Ну звісно, я гадаю тут треба тренувати і роботи якусь модель для YOLO чи шось такого, щоь аналізувати та визначати розміри ковриків:) тут задача набагато масштабніша
В процессе эксплуатации ковриков, они деформируются, соответственно при фотографировании старых размеры могут "гулять" . Идея конечно интересная, но итоговый результат может быть не очень. Попробуйте найти базу размеров ковриков для разных марок авто.
