1. Хорошо бы сразу определить, это учебная задача, или боевая. От этого весьма существенно зависит бюджет.
2. Если нет базы, то нужно будет собирать ее в том числе Вам. Или же это станет основной и самой небюджетной задачей в проекте. Собирать, понятно, с помощью определенного, данного инструмента. Искать его не нужно.
3. Да это очень смахивает на классификатор. И основная суть не в нем, а в определении метрик, которые определят/уникализируют пользователя.

А что анализировать надо? Гтовый текст никакого клавиатурного почерка иметь не будет. Такое существует только в момент набора текста и до его отправки куда-либо. Это что, модуль для троянского коня, клавиатурного шпиона?
