1. The program should track the appearance of new ads that match the search criteria on the olx.ua website.
2. When a new ad appears, the program should sound an alert (4 sec); display a message on the monitor "new message ..."; send a message with a link to the email (if possible, add another notification via Telegram through a bot) specified in the settings.
Search criteria (specified in the settings).
3. The program should consist of 10 identical blocks, each of which can have its own settings (city filter, new/used filter, keyword, price range, email). Checking new ads against the criteria of each block should be done sequentially. There should be a pause of X seconds between the end of checking new ads against the criteria of one block and the start of searching for ads against the criteria of another block. The time X is set in a separate settings field. If no keyword is set in a block, no search is performed in that block.
