Программа уже существует. Но она должна быть либо изменена (чтобы выполнять доп. функции), либо написана с нуля (если так будет проще). Автор программы по личным обстоятельствам не смог завершить проект.
ТЗ и циклограмма имеются.
Автору программы потребовалось 3 вечера для написания.
Учитывая обстоятельства, хотелось бы уложиться в 1.5 - 2 недели.
