Если заказчик указал именно девушку, то наверное уже сталкивался с программистами парнями...

Девушки программисты часто отличаются лучшей методической подготовкой и знанием типовых конф, потому что большинстов "мастеров" здесь курочат конфигурации со слабым пониманием, зачем в конфигруации целая куча РС и РН ((( и многие вопросы можно решать без изменения конфигурации.
Но все же браться за внедрение ЕРП всерьез командой из двоих - нереально.
