Project description:
I am looking for an experienced specialist to work with CNC machines Laguna Bandit 4 and ShopSabre IS-510, used for cutting MDF and chipboard. Assistance is required in creating programs (G-codes), optimizing cutting, and preparing projects for production.
Tasks:
1. Development of layouts for MDF and chipboard with minimal waste.
2. Preparation of G-codes for loading into the machines.
3. Working with Vectric VCarve Pro software (mandatory).
4. Optimization of processing time and operation sequence.
5. Possible work with Mozaik and KCD for furniture design (optional).
6. Providing instructions for using the prepared files for the machine operator.
Requirements:
• Experience working with CNC machines and CAD/CAM programs.
• Ability to work with wood, MDF, and chipboard.
• Experience using Vectric VCarve Pro (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Mozaik or KCD will be an advantage.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
Budget:
• From $50 to $150 per project, depending on the complexity and volume of work.
• Possibility of long-term cooperation.

суть не в розширенні файлу (там всередині взагалі текс)) а в синтаксисі-його формує постпроцессор))
