At the bottom of the blocking status in your Merchant, a specific reason is indicated – "Website or online store needs improvement." The Ukrainian equivalent of this reason in Merchant is "Improve the site." I have seen this before. Therefore, the violation is indeed on the part of the site.
The "Misrepresentation" block cannot be easily removed through appeals if the website is not worked on.

I have experience with very complex successful unblocking of Google Merchant with the status "Misrepresentation" for akumulyator.center: the site was unfinished by the programmer (he was drafted into the army), and I had to create a technical specification separately for myself and make a technical specification for a new programmer.
I have a programmer who can speed up the loading of pages on the site brizoll.uk a bit.
The thing is, the loading speed of the mobile version of your site's homepage according to Google's service https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/ is exactly 50, but it is preferable to have at least 55 (if you add a cookie consent banner or an online chat to the site, the speed will not meet the standard, so it's better to be cautious right away).
And for the pages with product lists, the performance of the mobile version does not reach 50 according to Page Speed Insights: for example, for the page https://brizoll.uk/collections/dutch-ovens the performance score is 44, and for the page https://brizoll.uk/collections/cast-iron-skillets the performance is 42. Google requires at least 50. If there are too many slow pages on the site, there is a very high probability of blocking not only Google Merchant (even Google Ads may get blocked).
What can help from my experience in this regard: reduce the number of items on pagination pages from 25 to 15-20 products per page to increase loading speed.
Also, during the redirection from https://brizoll.uk/products/brizoll-3-7l-cast-iron-wok-with-lid to https://yourstorelink.com/wok-series, the final page does not open. Pay attention to the anchor link "Browse the Wok Series," which implements this redirection.
There should be no non-working links on the site, or links that open very slowly.
There is also a 406 error when redirecting from https://brizoll.uk/customer_authentication/redirect?locale=en®ion_country=GB to https://shopify.com/83863077197/account?locale=en®ion_country=GB. This will also need to be fixed.
