We are a team of 3  full time and 2 part-time people, but soon will add a few new members. We have developed few brands so far, however, the main business is related to health and personal care. Our company delivers goods to customers through online stores in the USA and Europe. We need you with your highest level of dedication to pushing company goals forward. Our number one goal is to amaze customers delivering the best experiences. Your main task will be to control product development on its way to the market while we launch a few new brands.

In the beginning, you will go through a 3-month training course.  Also, for the first few months, you will be managing customer support for us. This will help you to understand our company better. You need to know Excel well as managing reports will be one of your responsibilities too.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proactive and self-motivated/managed. You should thrive on responsibility and when something arises, you're all over it. You consistently impress people with your dedication to exceeding all expectations. 

- Extremely dependable & reliable. I want someone who will promptly reply to company chat messages and client emails and is not afraid to ask questions.

- Comfortable with using what some people might call "complex technology". You should be comfortable with typing fast, using different apps on your smartphone, have basic skills with Google Disc, Sheets and Docs.

- Is eager and willing to learn and realizes stress precedes growth. This is an intense high-octane startup and we all work very hard to create products our fans love. If that sound awesome to you, then you sound awesome too 🙂

- It is very critical that you are EXTREMELY reliable, and have no-excuse, get-stuff done attitude...

Your main responsibilities would be:

* Pushing the plans bringing new products to the market

* Creating systems procedures for each and every workflow that we have 

* Work with other team members to make the clients happy

* Brainstorm, create new products and improve the existing once

* Learn how the business works, inside and out, so you could help us to develop it

* Being able to expand your roles and learn new things

* Managing unpaid invoices

* Coaching other and motivating them

* Customer Support (for the first 6 months at least) - it doesn't take more than 1 hour/day
