Project: Web FinTech solution for the Ukrainian market. Not Banking. Blockchain technology is not used.
Current team:
1 Backend developer
1 Frontend developer
1 QA engineer
1 Business Analyst
Additionally — external cross-functional team managing its own scope.
Responsibilities
Sprint planning, Jira management, maintaining the current backlog.
Synchronization between internal and external teams (statuses, dependencies, risks).
Monitoring deadlines, part-time workload budget, and task priorities.
Communication with BA regarding formalization of requirements, updating the roadmap.
Preparing statuses and updates for stakeholders.
Change management
English language skills are a plus but not a key requirement.
