“Visit” is a travel operator in Ukraine with 17 years of experience, over 400 of its own tours, and an office team of 40+ employees.
We are currently looking for a specialist who will help us automate processes and elevate customer service to a new level through the implementation of CRM.
Main requirements:
- Experience in implementing CRM in travel companies (travel agencies, tour operators, DMC) — mandatory;
- Understanding of tourism business processes;
- Experience working with online leads (website, social networks, messengers, aggregators);
- Practical experience with CRM: Bitrix24 / amoCRM / Zoho / HubSpot (at least one — in depth).
Main responsibilities:
- sales funnels for tours;
- booking statuses;
- automatic tasks for managers.
- website;
- messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram);
- IP telephony;
- email newsletters;
- payment systems.
- Analytics and sales control:
- building reports on tours;
- lead sources;
- conversion to bookings;
- average check;
- margin of directions;
- setting KPIs for sales managers.
- Gathering and formalizing requirements from:
- business owner;
- sales department;
- marketing.
- Building a roadmap for CRM implementation.
