    Сделаю, но нужно знать:

    1) сколько изображений у Вас на сайте с пустыми Alt и Title ?

    2) есть ли у Вас готовые Alt и Title для каждого изображения в каком-то текстовом файле / таблице ?

    Опыт работы - 15 лет.

    Да, основной вопрос втом чтобы были тексты хоть в каком-то формате.
    Адальше скопировал-вставил и распичкал по БД.
    Можно сгенерировать из названий картинок/ссылок. Это немного сложнее. Но в течение 12 часов можно сквецать. Пишите, ак нужно. )
