- убрать код GA, который вам необходимо перенести внутрь GTM (G-GCGL8FZWT7 вот такой у вас стоит, причем это старая версия аналитики которая уже не работает, ее необходимо удалить)
- изменить код GTM на тот которым вы управляете
- перенести GA4 аналитику и добавить ее в GTM
- настроить передачу ecommerce параметров в GTM, а оттуда в GA4
