Methodological Development
Develop the course structure for 2 weeks.
Define the goals and expected learning outcomes.
Prepare the educational and methodological package in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (educational trajectory, competencies, outcomes).
Content and Scenarios
Based on the source material, prepare:
scenarios for live lessons (for the facilitator);
texts for introductions and conclusions for each session;
checklists, trackers, assignments, tests for participants;
methodological guides/cheat sheets for reinforcing knowledge.
Interactivity and Engagement
Think through attention retention mechanics: questions, mini-practices, surveys.
Incorporate practices (body, breathing, empathetic).
Develop assignments for homework with clear performance criteria.
Technical Support
Prepare materials for upload to the platform (GetCourse/Telegram).
Agree on the format of interaction: newsletters, assignments, reminders.
Ensure ease of perception (structuring files, access, instructions).
Documentation and Standards
Compile the methodological basis of the course (module description, goals, tasks, materials).
Prepare the final report/package: course program, methodological materials, trackers, results.
Deadlines
Development and preparation of materials: 7–10 days.
Course support during the implementation: 2 weeks.
