Еще раз повторюсь. Если кошелек был анонимным, без подтвержденной личности - Вас саппорт пошлет. Как Вы для анонимного кошелька можете подтвердить что Вы - это Вы, а не Вася Пупкин с соседнего подъезда. Сам попадался в такую ситуацию.

Номер восстановить тоже не так просто. В России проще, если номер был куплен у оператора, а не в переходе и привязан к паспорту. В Украине сложнее. Хотя я восстанавливал несколько операторов, но там куча инфы они спрашивают. Не всегда им хватает последних пяти вызовов и разговоров.

не всегда. Как правило спрашивают последние пять номеров куда звонили или откуда были звонки. С кем чаще всего разговаривали. Когда примерно в последний раз пополняли и насколько. Если карта утеряна да даже с месяц назад - эту инфу будет сложно предоставить.

Спосіб 2.
в тестовому варіанті через ківі поповнюєте втрачений номер на 50-100 грн (смс не потрібне). Але перед цим купуєте схожий номер що відрізняється парою цифр в ідеалі одною. Йдете в цент обслуговування і пишете заяву що помилково поповнили чужий номер. Кошти повертають Вам. Але номер новий має бути оформлений на паспорт або як бізнес абонент.
І все.
