тут много нужно R&D и ситемное требование и есть внешный сервис в том числе. хвалю, вкратце правильно сформулировали, как можно. везде могут быть подводныекамни или узкое место. поэтому нужно еще подробнее нужно составить тз и тогда можно определиться по цене и сроку. спасибо

В этом проекте ничего сложного нету.
Есть единственная вещь которая думаю тянет на довольно сложную - это, то как вытащить сессию из эмулятора(файлы) и потом конвертировать её в sqlsession для telethon. По конвертации уже есть решение. -
А разве ADB работает с LDPlayer? И судя по последнему все должно работать в Windows?

Я бы наверное пошел другим путем. Конечная цель это регистрация аккаунтов? Я бы взял Kotogram. Он в исходниках. Его можно скомпилить под виндовс пройдя достаточно непростой квест, но можно. Далее оставляем только смс и телефонный сервис и получаем то что нужно

Хм, не знал. И кстати не факт что LDPlayer даже если поддерживает ADB то поддерживает его в полном объеме. А так в принципе если использовать штатный qemu от студии вполне реально сделать. Правда а вы в курсе сколько времени там делается одна новая виртуальная машина? )))

Нужно делать на LDPlayer, он в разы быстрее чем тот же memu.
