Goal: to intercept a user who has just seen "no tickets" in the app and provide a simple path to guaranteed booking through the premium concierge Railly in a full-screen 9:16 format, displayed as a static frame for about 5 seconds. Specifications: image in 9:16 aspect ratio, recommended 1080×1920 or higher, JPG/PNG up to 30 MB, with key text placed outside the areas overlapped by the Stories interface.
Visual concept: minimalist premium frame in the style of "quiet luxury" — first-class interior, beautiful food with soft warm lighting and natural textures, without noisy elements and aggressive filters. The color palette is restrained (deep blue/charcoal, ivory, delicate metallic accents) to enhance trust and calmness and not compete with the message.
Composition and "safe zones": keep the headline and CTA in the central strip, avoiding the top/bottom parts where the UI is placed, check the mockup with the "safe zones" template before exporting. Keep the most important text on a contrasting background, without small font size, so it can be read within the first second of viewing.
Text on the image (option A): "No tickets on Ukrzaliznytsia? There are on railly"; subtitle: "We find international train tickets when others say 'no'."; CTA capsule: "Book now".
Technical notes: prefer 1440×2560 for clearer rendering on modern screens, but no lower than 1080×1920; export high-quality JPG; check text visibility on different screen brightness levels.
Feed post (up to 3 photos, carousel)
Format and sizes: each card portrait 4:5 1080×1350 for maximum screen coverage in the feed; keep key content in the central area so that the preview in the grid does not cut off important elements. Maintain consistent processing and alignments so that the swipe between cards is perceived as one visual story.
Card 1 — "Pain": large headline "In the app — 'no tickets'?" on the background of a concise frame (search screen on a smartphone without branding or an abstract "empty box office"), smaller caption "We will arrange your ticket to Kyiv—Vienna without waiting." The goal is to quickly evoke recognition of the situation and contrasting hope for a solution.
Card 2 — "Unfair advantage": "We have access to exclusive booking systems for the same trains", emphasize the premium format as "concierge support without stress", without mentions of reselling or gray schemes. Briefly: "Time, nerves — we save, result — we guarantee" in restrained typography with sufficient negative space.
Card 3 — "Result and CTA": atmospheric shot of boarding a train or the facade of Vienna station with the caption "You will travel, even when everywhere is sold-out" and final CTA "Click to book" to complete the sequence of actions.
