расчет в Ansys
Добрый день. Есть механизм насоса который имеет 3 рабочие камеры (http://uapatents.com/5-108050-elektromagnitnijj-gidronasos-kochennya.html). . интересует кинематический расчет т.е.нужно задать вращение металическому ролику и определить кутовые скорости всех других. Интересует расчет как с лентой так и без нее. Расчет обязательно должен быть выполнен на ЕОМ. Нужен серьезный подход....

модель в солиде показала что тут все норм...механизм работает. Проблема сделать кинематику из-за гибкой ленте на ЕОМ. Солид, к сожалению, на такое не способен. Без ленті считает нормально.

Лента никак не влияет на кинематику. Все характеристики такие же. С лентой и без.
Мне интересно, как Солид посчитал, что все нормально? Он не может определить работоспособность механизма. Расчет в Солиде проходит по заранее записанным формулам и вашим передаточным числам и коэффициентам. Вы уверены, что схему работы в Солиде вы задали верно?

Если не согласны со мной - найдите ошибку в моей схеме.
Что бы посчитать в программе кинематику, нужно записать формулами законы движения в схеме. Или выбрать заранее записанную стандартную схема.
Сомневаюсь, что ваша схема в какой нибудь программе есть в виде "стандартной".

будет влиять лента или нет - вопрос риторический, чтобы ответить да или нет нужны расчеты))) . Механизм рабочий тут и солид согласен и физическая модель у меня в кабинете тут вопрос закрыт.
Открытым есть только один вопрос: нужна кинематика с /без ленты. Мне не нужен расчет по закону движения и т.д. так как мне как раз нужно проверить мои ручные расчеты и расчеты на ЕОМ совпадают или нет. Вот что нужно сделать. Если можете буду реально рад, серьезно.
