What is needed Audit of the TikTok ad account + consultation with an action plan. Format: written report + online call (1-1.5 hours) for discussion. No management needed, just a professional external perspective and specific recommendations that we will implement ourselves. Scope of the audit (what we need to obtain) 1. Account structure: campaigns, ad groups, whether there is audience overlap and self-competition, whether consolidation is correct. 2.
