Попадание или НЕ попадание отправленных писем в СПАМ не зависит от 1С - ищите проблему в самом почтовом ящике, почтовом сервере или контенте.
Чаще всего сервер-получатель (gmail. ukr.net и тд) имеют свои алгоритмы определения спам-писем, повлиять на которые невозможно программно из 1С.
