Богдан, чтобы статью не удалили, кроме опыта нужны авторитетные источники наличие значимости предмета статьи.

Для написания статьи в Википедии не нужен никакой особый статус (иерархия там у нас есть, но не такая, как могут представить другие), там даже не нужно быть зарегистрированным, не нужно быть мастером.
Главное доказать значимость предмета статьи с помощью авторитетных источников. Дальше уже будет легче.
