Исполнитель с хорошей историей правок/добавлений не поможет, если предмет статьи не значим, отсуствуют авторитетные источники (в понимании Википедии). Более того, неопытный сможет причесать, если есть значимость и источники, которые расскрывают ее.
Дмитрий, Вы уверены, что тема статьи и источники по ней соответствуют требованиям Википедии?
