Разобраться с недоступностью порта (Cent 7)

При настройке Zabbix столкнулись с проблемой, что агент не реагирует на обращений по 10050 порту. Открытие порта в iptables не помогло.
Попытки "постучаться" в любой порт Telnet'ом или nc, когда порт слушает nc, также не увенчались успехом даже при путом iptables.
Есть fail2ban и iptables настроен под работу SIP-сервера.
Необходиом разобраться и сделать так, чтобы Zabbix-агент мог общаться с сервером. Весь iptables вышлю в личку по запросу.

При пустых INPUT и OUTPUT также также нет связи,возможно что-то в pre/postroute, не разбирал
