Design of a single-sided website according to the prototype

I sent an example website as a reference for design and functionality. My current website is made on Wix: https://www.homefirstappliance.com. Right now, many things are not working as I would like: some buttons and functions do not work, and the site does not look as professional as I would like. I want to make the site similar in style and usability to that example, but fully under my brand Home First Appliance Repair. It is necessary for all buttons (Request Service, Call Now, and others), forms, links, and all functionality to work correctly. A modern professional design and a good mobile version are also needed. Question: is it possible to implement all this on Wix, using my current site as a basis? And how much would such work approximately cost?

We are looking for an SMM specialist / content creator to create and initially fill "turnkey" business pages on Instagram and Facebook for a new cleaning and dry cleaning service in Warsaw. Our task is to obtain fully ready, stylish, and trustworthy profiles prepared for launching targeted advertising. What is included in the scope of work (Deliverables): 1.
