Develop a preview for the YouTube channel

The text on the image "how to react to a child's behavior" should be highlighted and clear, with key words taken in either a separate color or in a box, with a carefully overlaid image that adds depth and volume. The preview should be in a minimalist style with textured elements in the background.
We work only with the performer without intermediaries, managers, and bots.
We prefer to have a call and discuss the task for 5-10 minutes rather than correspond for several hours in a row.
We work with professionals; if you are a beginner or incompetent, let's not waste time.
The performer must be able to communicate via Telegram with screen sharing. Only text, voice messages, and sign language interpretation are not suitable.
We do not have much time to make a large number of edits; we expect the performer to listen carefully to the client, ask guiding questions, offer several options for solving the task, and provide a quality finished product.
