Я архитектор этого объекта, топосъемка на объект у меня староватая
и выхода на геодезистов уже не было, на основе двухмерного чертежа -
извлек из текстовых слоев "точки" и построил 3d модель существующей местности
в Civil 3d, для дальнейшей своей работы.
на участке площадью 22 сотки - под ИЖД проектируются :
два жилых строения и басейн, надо нормально вертикальной планировкой решить
водоотведение от участка, в 60 метрах от которого есть река, мы "входим"
в границы отведенной ПЗС (природозащитной полосы)
