Реализация:
1) Простенький сайт с личным кабинетом
2) Пользователь настраивает фильтры для мониторинга объявлений
3) Добавляет мессенджеры
4) Получает уведомления о новых объявлениях
Первый этап реализации задачи — простенький сайт, можно на базе стандартных компонентов. Второй этап — подключение Телеграм-бота, а дальше ещё 3 мессенджера.
Нужен человек, который сможет разработать структуру с нуля и оценить примерный объем работ в денежном эквиваленте
Бюджет пока минимальный, можно начать с разработки Телеграм-бота, а потом переключиться на создание сайта, но предусмотреть, что в будущем запросы будут идти через сайт и API сервиса
