Те переменные (территория и т.д.) о которых Вы говорите и которые Вы собираетесь выносить за пределы "основного" текста, являются существенными условиями договора, с точки зрения ГК и ХК и акцептовать их через E-mail или кабинет, все равно что подписывать договор продажи квартиры по средствам того же E-mail! Т.е. данные акцепты не будут иметь НИКАКОЙ юридической силы. Если Вас конечно же интересуют конечные правовые последствия а не красивые условия на сайте.) Возможно правильным было бы поставить задачу о формировании правовой конструкции конкретно под Ваш вид деятельности и задачи а уже потом на основании предложенных вариантов\варианта,разрабатывать документацию. Но это взгляд со стороны, как Вы понимаете..))

Некоторые моменты придется все равно оговаривать\уточнять и "подгонять" под Ваши потребности с учетом действующего законодательства и судебной практики. Под "на сколько возможно", понимается ситуация с правоприменительной практикой по аналогичным делам\моментам. Иногда клиент просит включить в договор определенные пункты\обязательства\формулировки,которые в суде крайне тяжело или невозможно защитить\отстоять. Например форма Акцепта (последние судебные решения поставили в тупик даже крупные Банки). И тогда такие пункты\обязательства\формулировки, несут только дисциплинирующею функцию, т.е. до первого заседания. Цену указал в ставке (тут нельзя).

И вскользь была затронута тема франчайзинга. Моя старая коллега работающая сейчас в ВР в должности консультанта сказала,что в самом ближайшем времени будет рассмотрен и окончательно утвержден новый закон "О франчайзинге".
