В первоначальной редакции это всё выглядело как плавучий дом, сейчас больше похоже на понтон (или всё-таки будет плавучий дом?). Отсюда второй вопрос: решать проблемы с регистрацией в Регистре будете сами? Тогда они потребуют полный расчет по всем требованиям, предъявляемым для проектов судов.
