Сервис будет включать iOS и Adroid приложения + веб-приложение. Функциональность очень схожа с https://truecoach.co/, но сфера использования другая.

проблема не сделать сервис а раскрутить его - это будет стоить намного дороже разработки. Зачем вам тратить деньги на то что не факт что пойдет - сделайте только веб версию (с адаптивным дизайном естественно) а потом если появляться пользаки уже делайте мобильные приложения. По любому никто не будет ставить мобильные приложения неведомого сервиса.
