вопрос задач - надо видеть ТЗ, после - говорить о сроках и стоимости. Там стопятьдесят вопросов будет - от дизайна, условий и типа анимаций до логики рейтингов и защиты, а если еще покупки и сервер - несколько месяцев на команду в 4-5 исполнителей. Но это если нужно "по взрослому"
