1. Проволока поставляется в бухтах. От проволоки нужно обязательно сделать один рез чтобы получить заготовку нужной длины. 2. Заготовку перед гибкой или проволоку непрерывно следует править чтобы у деталей был товарный вид. 3. У проволоки есть минимальный радиус гибки зависящий от материала из которого она изготовлена.См чертеж. 4. Выбор наиболее рациональной технологии зависит еще и от программы (кол. изделий в смену, месяц...год ). Решу все проблемы.

При таких размерах как на эскизе из холодной стальной проволоки согнуть вручную качественно и в больших количествахвряд ли получится Жду от Вас информации на мои обсужденияю

Проволока уже нарезана в размер и рихтована (ровная). Нужна оснастка для гибки в прессе пневматическом уже порезанных заготовок предпочтительно в одну операцию (закладку). Кол-во 1000 шт. в смену. Других особых требований нет..Сообщите пожалуйста стоимость и сроки выполнения.

Для правильного ответа на комментарий Андрея Михальцова необходима дополнительная информация. Нужны: технологическое усилие развиваемое прессом, ход поршня, минимальная закрытая высота пресса (размер пространства между нижней плитой и и нижним торцом поршня в его выдвинутом положении), материал-заготовки (марку проволоки), чертеж нижней нижней плиты пресса с размерами пазов для крепления оснастки . размеры резьбы хвостовика поршня. Технологическое усилие пресса можно прикинуть зная диаметр поршня и давление в сети. Посчитаю технологическое усилие гибки проработаю схему безопасной работы ( это бесплатно). После такой проработки смогу ответить на вопрос Андрея Михальцова. С уважением Борис.

На чертеже не указаны радиуса. От них зависит усилие гибки. При малых радиусах возможны гофры на внутренней поверхности. Усилия имеющегося пневмо пресса может быть не достаточным - потребуется удар. Это может быть проверено расчетом На стыке должен быть технологический зазор компенсационный и сборочный. Как потенциальный исполнитель я хочу чтобы готовая оснастка не попала в металлом. Потом уже цена и сроки. Если Вам все, что я излагаю в обсуждениях не нужно или проект уже в работе остановите меня в ближайшее время пожалуйста.
