111 USD Необходимо разработать презентацию для продажи/сдачи в аренду обьекта недвижимости.
Речь идет о 5-ти этажном сдании с подвалом (предварительные визуалки с помощью АИ прикрепил).
Прошу обратить внимание, что презентация должна быть в хорошем качестве по Структуре, которая приложена к этому заданию.
+ некоторые слайды необходимо будет графически создавать, например:
- слайд - Локация - надо будет красиво показать обьект на карте и нарисовать окружение и тд
- слайды _Концепция и Планы по этажам - надо будет прорисовать красиво 6 планов этажей (они есть в ПДФ) и отметить на них цветом Арендаторов и площади
Идеально бы было, если бы специалист умел работать с 3д моделью, где можно было бы нарисовать красивый фасад или сделать это как-то в АИ только из реальных фото, но качественно.
По срокам разработки и цене готов обсуждать отдельно. Важно, чтоб работа была на норм результат, а не просто сверстать обычную презу как попало.
