Срок указан для десктопного приложения. Он приблизительный. Конечный - после уточнения деталей. Он может быть как меньший так и больший (маловероятно).
Если как-то убедите меня, что проект именно для ВСУ - все три приложения (декстоп, веб, андроид) сделаю за одну сумму и максимально короткий срок.
