Task
It is necessary to develop a series of 3D models of travel organizers for storing oral hygiene products and related accessories.
All products must be made in a unified corporate style and perceived as one collection.
The models are intended for serial FDM printing on Bambu Lab / Prusa printers.
Overall Concept of the Series
The line should include:
- Floss Pick Case
- Container for Tooth Tablets
- Container for Mint Tablets
- Container for Toothbrush
- Container for Toothbrush and Toothpaste
In the future, the series may expand with new modules.
Unified Style for All Products
Main Geometry
The style is minimalist.
No decorative elements that complicate printing. Smooth (the images show a concept example, do not pay attention to the relief)
The main focus is on:
- smooth shapes;
- rounded edges;
- modern appearance;
- ease of use.
Brand Element of the Series
In all cylindrical containers, use a unified decorative wave.
The wave should be executed as a smooth horizontal line running along the body.
Similar to the wave on the lid of the floss case.
Requirements:
- the wave runs around the circumference of the body;
- smooth shape without sharp transitions;
- depth/height no more than 0.8–1 mm;
- should not interfere with printing and the operation of the thread.
This element is a signature feature of the entire series.
Icons
All icons must be made in a unified style.
Type of execution:
debossed engraving.
Do not use raised relief.
Reason:
- better readability after FDM printing;
- no need to print in a second color;
- less likelihood of damaging the design.
Parameters:
- depth 0.6–0.8 mm;
- line thickness of at least 1.5–2 mm.

Thread Requirements
For all cylindrical products, use the same type of thread.
Goal:
- unification of production;
- interchangeability of lids;
- further expansion of the line.
Clearances should be considered for FDM printing.
Recommended working clearances:
0.2–0.3 mm.
Printing Requirements
All models must:
- open correctly after printing;
- not require supports or require a minimal amount of supports;
- have closed geometry;
- be suitable for serial production.
Source Files
It is necessary to provide:
- STL of each model;
- STEP of each model.
Preferably:
- Fusion 360 source;
- SolidWorks source.
Corrections
Important! Upon completion of each product, I need to test print it to understand the printing process, errors, and the need for adjustments. Printing may take several days depending on the printer load. After the test print, minor adjustments may be possible:
- threads;
- clearances;
- lid fittings;
- force of fixation of the floss case slider.
