React страница для параллельной загрузки файлов на сервер.
- Выбор файлов через системный диалог или (опционально drag-and-drop)
- Параллельная загрузка файлов
- Презентация загрузки в виде таблицы с прогрессом загрузки.

После загрузки пользователь может редактировать автора и описание(description) файла. Эта информация сохраняется в файле info.json общем для директории. Формат файла произвольный.
Среди загружаемых файлов может быть такой файл с описанием директории
Это info.json файл в котором находится список всех файлов с их авторами и описаниями которые показываются в таблице. Если такого файла нет, то этот файл создается автоматически во время редактирования автора или описания в таблице
Если такой файл существует то после его загрузки (лучше загрузит его первым) все не загруженные еще файлы показываются серым а загруженные или те что в процессе загрузки черным.
