Everything is real, and the pig too, although spotting it on that tiny flag is quite a quest.. However, if desired, the flag itself can be not rectangular, but in the shape of "a pig in profile," and of aquafresh color. The downside of replacing the flag is that in the admin panel, the changed flag in the catalog of pages and posts is not displayed. Of course, it can be changed in the plugin code, but that will be until the first update.
The price and deadlines are set from the ceiling. In reality, after clarifying the details of the technical task and some technical aspects of the current state of the site, something reasonable and realistic can be indicated. It can be something like this... without banditry, but also not working "for coffee."
