в maya все прекрасно открывается 😄 вероятно вам "забыли" при экспорте в fbx активировать опцию "embed media" - чтобы текстуры уже были импортированы и их не пришлось назначать/подключать заново.

Этот проект - чудесная иллюстрация, что 95% фрилансеров вообще не вникает в суть задания.
Надо изменить модель, чтобы открылась - а там и Фотошоп кто-то знает, и рендер предлагает! Грустно.
