The price of the TM registration depends on:
Number of classes and applicants;
Colour registration or not.

The total deadline for the registration of TM is 1.5-2 years. To work will be enough only confidentiality (paper original or signed ECP) and the name/logotype of your TM.

1 . Preparatory is the search for risks (if such TM is registered in the necessary/intermediate classes and what risks etc.).
The 2nd Registration - an application for registration is submitted and a final decision is expected.
