Recruiter

We need a recruiter who will be engaged in searching and selecting employees for work in the field of elderly care and in the construction sector in Germany.

What exactly needs to be done and for what purposes will the work be used?
It is necessary to establish a full recruitment cycle: searching for candidates for the position of caregiver/nurse, posting job vacancies on relevant platforms, initial screening, conducting interviews, checking experience and references, organizing further interaction with suitable candidates, and coordinating them as well.

The goal is to ensure a quality and stable selection of personnel for work in Germany and to support employees throughout their employment.
The target audience for recruitment is specialists in elderly care: caregivers, nursing assistants, workers with caregiving experience, candidates willing to undergo training, as well as workers in the construction sector — laborers, installers, repair and construction specialists.
