It is necessary to establish a full recruitment cycle: searching for candidates for the position of caregiver/nurse, posting job vacancies on relevant platforms, initial screening, conducting interviews, checking experience and references, organizing further interaction with suitable candidates, and coordinating them as well.
The goal is to ensure a quality and stable selection of personnel for work in Germany and to support employees throughout their employment.
The target audience for recruitment is specialists in elderly care: caregivers, nursing assistants, workers with caregiving experience, candidates willing to undergo training, as well as workers in the construction sector — laborers, installers, repair and construction specialists.
