I need to find 3 support managers (technical support staff) for my team. Their responsibilities include communicating with clients, answering questions, providing theoretical support to clients, and creating tickets for the technical department. All communication takes place in group chats on Telegram. The commitment is 8-12 hours a day.
I will provide the job description, position details, candidate selection criteria for the call, required experience, and hiring funnel.
The source of search is at your discretion: job search websites, Telegram groups, specialized forums, bulletin boards - you will choose. Additional expenses for posting vacancies will be reimbursed.
Payment is for each person who successfully starts an internship (from response to internship - a maximum of 10 days).
There is no need to call candidates. We have a semi-automated hiring funnel.
The team lead will make the calls. You need to find interested people who meet the position criteria.
I provide reports on each response, explaining why they are not suitable and did not proceed to the internship.
