We are looking for recruiters who will find and send us candidates for the streamer position (live broadcast host) on the Tango Live platform (similar to TikTok and Instagram, focusing on live broadcasts: communication, talent shows, game streaming). By the final

The main task is to ensure a flow of new candidates monthly (the plan will be broken down into weeks). Initial acquaintance and transfer of the candidate.

The essence of the project:

• You post ads on work.ua, rabota.ua (and other platforms, such as Jooble, OLX, Telegram channels, social networks, etc.).
• You format job postings according to platform rules or use candidate databases.
• You accept responses, conduct brief initial communication (explain the essence of the job, check basic criteria).
• You pass candidates to the agency manager.
• You receive a reward.

       The portrait of the ideal candidate:

We are looking for girls who want to earn, develop, and be in the spotlight by communicating with the audience during live broadcasts.

These are confident, energetic, charismatic individuals capable of creating a pleasant atmosphere and holding the audience's attention.

Main characteristics:

• Age: up to 35 years (ideally 23–28).
• Appearance: pleasant, well-groomed, attractive appearance is welcomed, but the key is confidence and charisma.
• Communication skills: open, friendly, easily finds common ground with people.
• Character: responsible, stable, punctual, without sharp mood swings.
• Motivation: desire to develop, earn, become better and more recognizable.

Technical requirements:

• Modern smartphone.
• Stable internet for live broadcasts.
• Ability to work from home in a comfortable environment.
• Preferably have a quiet, tidy place for broadcasts.

Schedule and involvement:

• Ability to dedicate at least 3–5 hours a day to work.
• Preferably active presence several times a week.
• Willingness to learn, listen to the curator, and follow recommendations.

Additional advantages:

• Minimum level of English (understanding simple phrases and ability to maintain basic dialogue).
• Experience in live broadcasts, managing Instagram, TikTok, or other social networks — will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Desire to grow, participate in contests, create content.

About the company:

ICONIQUE is an international agency developing female streamers on the Tango Live platform.

We provide:

• Free training and curator support from day one.
• Assistance in setting up and promoting the account.
• Opportunity to start earning and withdrawing money on the day of training.
• Monthly bonuses up to $850, contests, paid girls' nights out, and trips.
• Completely remote work, with daily withdrawal of earned funds.

Payment and bonus system

1. Payment for each candidate sent:

• 70 hryvnias for a candidate who:
  • meets the criteria (see above)
  • showed interest (responds to the manager, passes interviews),
  • provided real contact details (Telegram and Instagram).
• Candidates who did not show interest, do not respond, or disappear — are not counted.
• Payment is made weekly based on the candidates sent and confirmed.

2. Bonus for a candidate who completed training / first broadcast:

• Additionally 250 hryvnias for each candidate who:
  • completed training on the platform (first broadcast with a mentor),
  • received the first gifts and withdrew money from the account.
• The agency guarantees the first gifts for withdrawal (so that the candidate immediately sees that the withdrawal works).
• The bonus payment occurs at the end of the week, along with the main payment.

3. Plan and bonuses for performance

 To ensure systematic work, a weekly and monthly plan is set for the recruiter.

Weekly plan:

• 10-15 candidates sent to the manager.
• Goal: 5-7 new streamers who completed training / first broadcast.
• Bonus for completing the weekly plan: +1500 UAH.

Monthly plan:

• Minimum: 40 candidates sent, 20 streamers launched (completed training and first broadcast).
• Bonus for completing the monthly plan: +3000 UAH.
• Overachievement (25+ active streamers) — +4000 UAH.
