Скажите, как по вашему я должна оценивать мастерство исполнителей? На этом сайте я как исполнитель - лет 10, не меньше, и тестовое делаю регулярно. Не вижу в этом проблемы. Заказчик не поймет, что ему подходит, пока не увидит результат. В данном случае, мне нужно знание темы и уровень английского. Даже не так первое, как второе. Оценивать будет нейтив. Я не ожидаю уровня феномена, хотя бы 4 балла по 5 бальной шкале меня бы устроили.

Я не против тестовых заданий (ИНОГДА), но:
слишком большой объем для теста. Для понимания максимум одного абзаца будет достаточно. Все остальное может расцениваться по-другому.

Размер тестового - 2279 символов. Это одна из самых сложных частей пейпер, так как имеет юридический подтекст. Остальной текст, преимущественно, информационного характера.
Если вас смущает такой размер тестового, выполните часть. Но не меньше 3-4 абзацев. В противном случае не будет понятен уровень владения языком. -
