I need a financial expert who can compile everything into a dashboard where I can see daily and monthly net profit broken down by each individual sales channel. I am the owner of an e-commerce project. We work with various traffic sources and marketplaces, and we also have a network of suppliers. Currently, there is a need to systematize financial accounting. What needs to be implemented: Create an automated or semi-automated spreadsheet in Google Sheets. The operations manager will enter basic input data daily, and the spreadsheet should automatically compile financial results. I have attached a photo of how the final result should look. The areas for manual input by the manager should be protected from accidental deletion of formulas. Additionally, a short video instruction on daily filling of this spreadsheet or a call with the operations manager is required.
