Unlocking Payoneer account

Unlocking a Payoneer account for individual entrepreneurs of group 2 of PrivatBank (opened currency accounts specifically for using the system).

Blocked due to an error in verifying the residence address: PrivatBank did not provide a certificate in Latin format that simultaneously indicates the name of the individual and the registration address (this is also stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine), as requested by Payoneer. 

We have repeatedly sent a letter to Payoneer technical support to explain the situation and request unblocking. However, we received either automatic responses or a refusal to unblock. 

Therefore, we are considering only specialists who have non-standard approaches to unblocking or experience communicating with the technical support of the service, as standard methods do NOT work here!

Заблокували через помилку у верифікації адреси проживання: ПриватБанк не надавав довідку на латині у форматі, де вказано водночас ім'я фіз. особи і адреса регистрації (це також обумовлено законодавством України), як це запрошує Payoneer. 

Неодноразово надсилали листа до тех. підтримки Payoneer для пояснення ситуації і прохання розблокувати. Але отримували або автоматичні відповіді, або відмову у розблокуванні. 

Тож розглядаємо тільки спеціалистів, що мають нестандартні варіанти підходу до розблокування, або досвід спілкування із тех. підтримкою сервісу, бо стандартні методи тут НЕ працюють!
