I am looking for a WOMAN who could assist with a phone call to the airline Condor on my behalf. Due to the language barrier of the accompanying person, Arkadiusz, I need support in resolving an issue with his reservation. According to the airline's policy, the conversation must be conducted in my name.
Situation description:
1. Reservation of a seat for Arkadiusz:
• We want to purchase seat 17H in Premium Economy class for both flights: Frankfurt-New York (FRA-JFK) and New York-Frankfurt (JFK-FRA).
• This seat should be next to my seat (17K). We want to sit together.
2. Adding a special meal:
• We want to add a “lactose-free” meal for Arkadiusz for both flights.
3. Payment issues:
• Arkadiusz's reservation was paid by bank transfer, which prevents the addition of extra services online. The airline requires payment by credit card.
• Please ask if it is possible to link my card to this reservation to pay for the seat and meal on his behalf. If not, I would like to know if there is an option for online payment or bank transfer.
